About this forecast...In
2004, I created the DAILY FORECAST NEWS as a way to understand
the meaning of the continual threads of energy that weave
their way through our universe affecting each of us. I
use a deep-trance meditation to choose which message belongs
to which date. The DAILY FORECAST NEWS represents what
I call the ‘mood of the universe’. All messages
for February through December 2008 were cast (forecast)
on January 17, 2008.
The DAILY FORECAST NEWS is not astrology or numerology
(even though I do use the esoteric science of numbers
to define the number associated with each message in the
deck of 44 messages I created). It is new and different,

DECEMBER: Oooo, here it is. The last month in the year
2008, Take a few minutes to look over your year…anything
stand out? Write it down in your journal. It is a good
time to remember the ways and the events that you feel

Vibration Theme for the month of December 2008 is represented
by message card # 10 :
'Name Your Fear – Now Let It Go!' – What are
you afraid of? What is the worst that can happen? Answer
these questions. Out loud and honestly. Now, having spoken
it aloud, feel it. Really know it. Now, take three deep
cleansing breaths and let the fear go to the center of
the Earth for neutralizing. Bye-bye. Now, three more breaths,
beauty breathes (releasing your air with a sigh of relief).
As you breathe in, fill yourself with the Golden Amber
Honey Light of the Creator and breath out the grey stagnant
air. Be at peace. You were made for this! There is no
lack. Only your belief in fear and the fear of it.

folks and situations; useful for those who are extremely
male or extremely female personality types; a lavender
ray, heavy on the blue, for those who need to learn to
speak up for themselves in a gentler way.

years, I have learned to understand the energy of prayer.
It is a focused energy created by focused thoughtforms.
Years ago, an epiphany came to me. It was this: The act
of worrying creates the exact, same focused energy that
the act of praying creates. Wow! What a mind blower! Worry
is really a prayer of focused energy, hoping for, what
I don't want to happen to happen. Whoa! Knowing and understanding
this has been my greatest tool in retraining the 'worrier'
in me. When you find yourself worrying, ask a simple question.
"Are these thoughts what I want to happen in my life?"

‘You Are The Cup’ – This analogy is
Rule # 2 in my book, Save Your Self First. Here it is:
“You are the cup. It is your responsibility to fill
up your own cup. You do not drink from someone else’s
cup. You do not let others drink from your cup. You fill
up your cup by giving time to your self every day. You
establish and maintain a healthy relationship with your
Creator daily.” Daily meditation and contemplation
fill up your cup. Regular self- care. Eventually, after
time, you are giving and receiving daily, the blessings
of spiritual well being. “Your cup runneth over.”
(and continues to do so, because you continue to give
to your self.) Eventually, the constant continual inflow,
creates OVERFLOW, causing your cup to ‘runneth over’.
( You didn’t think it was real did you?) It is this
overflow that you gift to the world at your choosing.
This overflow is pure unconditional love in its highest
vibration. The supply is endless. There are no strings
attached to your giving. You have found your self and
given generously. You love your self. YOU ARE THE CUP!
