Is it a statement? A question? Be conscious of your thoughts. Where
did that thought come from? Is it an old rule that you got when you
were younger? Consider if it is still valid for your life. Does it move
you towards your goal or away from it? Does it sabotage your life or
help create the life you dream of? I wish you could hear yourself.

fosters the quality of peace where none existed due to pent up rage
collected over lifetimes; can heal karmic anger and rages; ground discord;

your attention on, that is what you draw to you. Wherever you put your
attention, is where you will go. So, knowing this, pay attention to
exactly what you are creating in your life. Are you happy with the way
things are going? Are you conscious of what you are 'drawing' to yourself?
Pay attention. Where are your thoughts leading you and is that where

Your thoughts are magnetic and bring to you what you focus your mental
attention on. Add a strong emotion (like love, joy, fear, hate, jealousy)
and you increase the magnification of the thought form that you are
creating and projecting. Thus, drawing the thought forms to you like
iron filings to a magnet.

to assist others with their problems if you are drawn to.
